By creating an account or using The Agent Camp ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
3. Courses and Content
Course materials, guides, and free resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish content from the Platform without written permission. Enrollment in paid courses grants you access for the duration specified at purchase, including lifetime access to recordings where stated.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices for paid courses are shown before enrollment. Unless stated otherwise on the course page, we offer a full refund if requested before the first live session, and a 50% refund if requested after the first session.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to access accounts or content you are not authorized to access, scraping content at scale, or interfering with the operation of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including course materials, branding, and design, is owned by The Agent Camp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Agent Camp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
