1. What We Collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. When you join a course waitlist we collect your email. We also collect standard usage analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide access to courses and free resources, notify you about courses you have joined a waitlist for, send you updates you have opted into, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Email Preferences
You can manage your email preferences (course updates, marketing, learning reminders) at any time from your account settings. Transactional emails, such as password resets, are always sent.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored with Supabase, our authentication and database provider, on infrastructure located in the EU/US. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never store your card details.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure aggregate usage via analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features (like staying signed in) will not work.
6. Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us or using the deletion request option in your account settings. We process deletion requests within 48 hours.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
